Rules:

Applicants must be 15 years of age or older. If you include individuals in your video or presentation, you must have the written consent of each person. All finalists will be required to submit the appropriate consent forms. Each contestant may submit a maximum of TWO entries to the contest. No music or photos used in entries may violate any copyrights. The entry cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion or contest of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means previously. By submitting an entry to the contest, you grant Madflower Creative Group a royalty-free, irrevocable right to reproduce, publish, distribute, display and create derivate works of the submission. Entries must be suitable for use as promotional materials for the Teenage Paparazzo Experience. You must not include any profanity, violence, defamatory statements, suggestive behaviors, or nudity and you must not invade the privacy rights of any person or entity. Madflower Creative Group reserves the right to change these rules at any time.

Disclaimer:

Madflower Creative Group, all participating sponsors in the contest and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for (1) any late, lost, incomplete, misrouted, misdirected, postage due or damaged entries or errors in transmission; (2) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Madflower Creative Group; or (3) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

Madflower Creative Group and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind and shall not be liable for failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications utilized in this Contest which may limit the ability to participate in the Contest. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Madflower Creative Group, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest), the Contest is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Madflower Creative Group shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify and/or cancel the Contest. Madflower Creative Group shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to verify the validity and originality of work.

Electronic entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at the time of the entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

All entries are final. Once submitted, the video or presentation will not be returned for corrections, editing, or augmentation.

Contest Period:

The contest opens at 12:00 MST on May 20, 2011, and ends on July 1st, 2011, at 11:59 pm MST (the "Deadline"). In order to be eligible to win the prizes all entries must be submitted online or emailed by the 'Deadline'.

Judging Criteria:

• Creativity
• Engaging and appropriate content
• Strength of content
• Success in promoting the Calgary stop of the 'Teenage Paparazzo Experience' tour

Prizes:

On July 7th, one submission will be selected as the first-place winner of the Contest; a second submission will be selected as the second-place winner of the Contest; and a third student will be selected as the third-place winner of the Contest. Prizes are as follows:

First Place: five hundred dollars ($500.00 CDN) awarded to the submission selected as the first-place winner of the Contest, plus a product prize courtesy of Vistek Second Place: two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00 CDN) awarded to the submission selected as the second-place winner of the Contest. Third Place: one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00 CDN) awarded to the student selected as the third-place winner of the Contest.

General Release:

By entering the Contest, all entrants release Madflower Creative Group, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, portrayal in a false light, copyright infringement, patent infringement, trademark infringement and merchandise delivery.

Ownership of Entries:

All videos and presentations, irrespective of whether they are the winning entry, become the property of Madflower Creative Group and will not be acknowledged or returned. Without limiting the foregoing, by entering, all entrants shall be deemed to have transferred and assigned to Madflower Creative Group, their respective successors and assigns, absolutely and forever, all right, title and interest (including copyrights and other intellectual property rights) in and to their videos, blog posts, and presentations including the right to edit, modify and prepare derivative works based upon the videos, blog posts and presentations, and to display, reproduce, transmit and deliver the videos, blog posts and presentations in and by any and all media now in existence or hereafter discovered or devised throughout the world in perpetuity. Entrants agree to execute any and all documents requested by Madflower Creative Group to effectuate their rights described in this paragraph. Entrants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive any and all moral rights or any rights of similar nature under any law in any jurisdiction in and to any and all elements of the Essays. Entrants represent and warrant to Madflower Creative Group that (i) any videos or presentations submitted are the original creation of entrant, or (ii) Madflower's use of such videos or presentations as contemplated in these rules will not violate the rights of any third party; and (iii) entrant has obtained all rights necessary (including but not limited to releases from other students, teachers, students' parents or legal guardians or any other third parties) in order to transfer these rights.

Use of Winner's Information:

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, picture or likeness, school and school name, company name, province of residence, and prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.

The Contest will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of CANADA. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Madflower Creative Group which are final and binding in all respects and (ii) to the use of the information supplied by entrant by Madflower, its subsidiaries and affiliates. Madflower reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Contest or any entrant's participation in the Contest should any cause beyond Madflower's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Contest or engage in any conduct that is detrimental to Madflower Creative Group, the Contest or any other entrant (as determined in Madflower's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification.
